March of Dimes | Atlanta Abundant Birth Project
An economic and health intervention pilot offering an $1000 monthly stipend to 25 Black pregnant women in Atlanta.

Atlanta Birth Center | Capacity Building
Capacity-building support dedicated to launching a hospital-based, midwifery-led team to provide care for clients needing or desiring hospital birth by adding 4-5 full-time nurse-midwives to their staff.

Motherhood Beyond Bars | Holistic Family Support Program
Gap funding for Certified Peer Support Specialists to support the growing number of families in the Holistic Family Support Program.

Phenomenal Women’s Health | Mentoring Program
Support for the Stepping Out into Success mentoring program—an initiative dedicated to empowering high school girls aged 16 to 19 with critical life skills and career opportunities, focusing on those from marginalized communities.

Wellroot Family Services | Healthy Families America
Expanding the Healthy Families America evidenced-based program to DeKalb and Fulton Counties, as well as expanding current work in Gwinnett County—with a focus on young mothers who have been a part of the foster care system or show risk factors for DFCS involvement.

CHRIS 180 | WRAParound Model
Support for trauma-informed wraparound and crisis response services to children and families who present with acute mental and behavioral health needs.

Mental Health Funders Collaborative Pooled Fund
Active participation in a network of philanthropic organizations dedicated to improving youth mental health across Georgia.

Atlanta Women’s Foundation | 2Gen Initiative
A collective-impact grantmaking program supporting organizations that take a 2Gen approach to addressing the needs of women and their families through comprehensive, holistic services—with an emphasis on early intervention, education, employment and stable housing.

Endowed Chair of Mental and Behavioral Health at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta—championing Dr. Constantino's leadership and equipping transformation in our city, state and beyond.
Blake Scholars Program at Emory School of Nursing
Full tuition scholarships for nurse practitioners enrolled in the Emory University School of Nursing post-graduate certificate psychiatric mental health nursing program.

A 2Gen employment and childcare pilot program enrolling parents into career training and coaching programs offered at zero cost to the program participant—addressing a critical need for parents to earn a living wage while ensuring that their children receive quality childcare.

A proactive early literacy program serving Latino children—birth to five years—in bilingual language development, reading and learning alongside their caregivers.
