Phenomenal Women’s Health | Mentoring Program
Phenomenal Women's Health exists to educate, equip, empower and support women and girls in Georgia—especially the underserved—to live a healthy, fulfilled lifestyle by making well-informed decisions about their mind, body, fiscal and spiritual health.
Dedicated to serving 16- to 19-year-old girls, Stepping Out into Success is a 10-month mentorship program preparing young ladies for personal and career success, with a unique focus on those from marginalized communities who are at risk due to high Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) scores.
The program offers a safe haven for at-risk girls to voice their concerns and express their needs, while receiving the social support necessary to build mental and emotional resilience. A comprehensive curriculum spanning fun and engaging activities alongside practical skills, the unique approach to mentorship includes coaching in:
Goal setting.
Etiquette.
Stress management.
Health and wellness education.
Cultivating self-love and confidence.
Communicating with purpose.
Building relationships.
Discovering personal gifts and skills.
Career development.
Through the support of the Liz Blake Giving Fund, the participating high school girls will be equipped with critical life skills, career opportunities and hope for what lies ahead. The program’s holistic model helps participants manage anxiety and resist peer pressure, ultimately empowering them to lead healthy, successful lives despite their challenging backgrounds. By equipping these young women with the tools they need to thrive, the Stepping Out program is not just changing lives but also fostering the next generation of confident, capable leaders—enabling them to excel in school, work and their communities.
