Liz and Frank Blake Chair for Children’s Behavioral and Mental Health

John Constantino, MD, Chief of Behavioral and Mental Health at Children’s and Endowed Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at Emory University, has been named the inaugural Liz and Frank Blake Chair for Children’s Behavioral and Mental Health.

In addition to providing support for chairholder initiatives now and into the future, this newly endowed chair is a prestigious designation of community support for Dr. Constantino as he implements his bold plan to innovate behavioral health practice, resolve fragmentation in the delivery of care, enhance access to interventions of proven benefit and improve long-term mental health outcomes for children and adolescents throughout Georgia.

Through his behavioral and mental health research and vision for the future, Dr. Constantino aims to leverage early intervention to improve outcomes, reduce stigma, and enhance access to prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
